The iPhone 5S in Vibrant Pink

There’s not much debate on how the iPhone 5S will look, but there is a bit of uncertainty as to which colors would suit it better.
That’s right. Apple this year is widely expected to launch its usual S-iPhone-revision in a flurry of colors. A company called Colorware uses anodization to get the job done, and the results are pretty spectacular. But Apple may want a different color set.

Last week, a bunch of plastic iPhone cases were leaked showing what Apple’s “budget” iPhone might look like in yellow, red, and green. But what about the iPhone 5S?

If Apple decides to give that phone some pop, it might want to choose a daring palette which includes hues like the vibrant pink displayed above. It looks brilliant and it might just get our minds off the fact that we still have a full year to wait before the iPhone 6 comes out.

Analyst: iPhone 5C to phase out iPhone 5, due on China Mobile in Q3

KGI Securities’ Ming-Chi Kuo has built a reputation of the most reliable Apple analyst out there who has accurately predicted a number of Apple product updates (sans the timetable).

He’s out with a new report for clients Monday morning, sharing interesting observations regarding Apple’s upcoming iPhone 5C, also known as the budget iPhone.

The biggest takeaway: the iPhone 5C will be priced between $400 and $500, which makes it a mid-tier handset rather than cheap, and is expected to be released to China Mobile’s 700+ million subscribers in Fall, potentially accounting for penetration of TDD-LTE to 25 percent in iPhone 5S and 35 percent in iPhone 5C shipments…

He thinks (via AppleInsider) the plastic iPhone 5C will be offered in 16/32GB flavors and priced $200 less than the iPhone 5S. The analyst is also expecting Apple will axe the iPhone 4 because its hardware is inadequate to run on iOS7 and is adamant the iPhone 4S will live on at least through year ed.

The 5C, Kuo writes, should phase out the current-generation iPhone 5 this Fall due to similar features (sans the plastic enclosure) as the 5C has been designed as a mid-range replacement for the iPhone 5.

We’ve learned that the iPhone 5 line will be terminated from 4Q13, while the iPhone 4S line will carry on. From this, we infer that iPhone 5C is launched to replace iPhone 5. In other words, the 5C model will be positioned as midrange. We forecast its retail price to be US$400-500.

We expect iPhone 5S, iPhone 5C, iPhone 4S and iPhone 4 will fall into the price ranges of US$600-700, US$400-500, US$300-400 and US$200-300, respectively, in the new product cycle.

In a nutshell, the iPhone 5C will be to the iPhone 5S what the iPhone 4S is to the iPhone 5, a cheaper alternative with not as sophisticated hardware and features.
On a final note, Kuo is projecting 5.2 million iPhone 5S and 8.4 million iPhone 5C sales in the third quarter of this year. As for the Christmas quarter, Apple should ship 28 million iPhone 5S units and 18.7 million iPhone 5C units.
Apple should announce both the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C at a media event on September 10.

2013 Sony SmartphoneSony Xperia Z Review

Sony Ericsson 2014 Dates Feature set summary for Sony Xperia Z review

Standing out on the Sony Xperia Z are the 13-megapixel snapper and the 1080p HD display. Film fans will enjoy the crisp, vibrant screen, and if you take a lot of snaps you’ll appreciate the camera’s auto-mode.

Style and handling summary for Sony Xperia Z review

The Xperia Z is rather hefty – though we do like the long shiny chassis and iconic power button, but it is more than a handful and attracts dust. Happily its dust and water proof.

Sony Ericsson Xperia New Phones 2013 Quick verdict

While it doesn't quite pack the clout of the phones from HTC and Samsung, the Xperia Z is a phone that says Sony is definitely back at the sharp end of the smartphone game.

There's still (a small amount of) room for improvement, as the screen can look a bit washed out from some angles, but there's no doubt that if Sony keeps us this pace it will be vying for the top spot in no time at all - we just don't know what Sony will call it.

As we know that the Galaxy S4 has been come before many weeks now and it is time to look at the next flagship phone Samsung will be working on in this series, which is Galaxy S5. So we are expecting that the new flagship device will be released next year in May 2014. As we see that the technology developing day by day, so Samsung will release its new device with different attractive features, like we are expected that may be Galaxy S5 will be come with flexible display, which make Galaxy S5 different from all phones at all. Because still there is no one phone comes with flexible display.
And Galaxy S5 rumors still suggest that it also comes with cool features like the one is flexible display, and not only this, there is also improvements in its processor as well, like in GPU and RAM. Its processor will come with more powerful and more Android games and while as well. And also come with high quality 3D display as well. And if Samsung add 3D camera in the phone so it make it more impressive and will be the winner of the next year. This Galaxy S5 has no low specification at all. And also rumors that Samsung will add the projector feature in the Galaxy S5, which make it best smartphone of the 2014.
As we know that the Samsung flagship definitely features that it comes with build Android. As we see that the Galaxy S3 launched with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and then bumped up to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. Than Galaxy S4 launch with Key Lime Pie and then comes with latest build Jelly Bean. So we are also expected that the Galaxy S5 will come as the same new version JellyBean, but not dam sure about it.

We are also expected that Galaxy S5 will come with waterproof or Drop proof feature, because in the latest mobile iPhone and other has same feature so Samsung will also add its new Galaxy S5 this latest feature to make it more best mobile phone ever.

So the Samsung Galaxy S5 would be change current Galaxy S4, and this latest mobile Galaxy S5 will come with latest features and should be launched as official accessories in May 2014.

Panasonic Eluga smartphone coming to Europe

Panasonic will unveil its new smartphone tomorrow at a press conference in Hamburg, marking its return to the European mobile phone market.
Panasonic dropped out of the international mobile market five years ago but is now set to hit Europe once again with the view to then roll out to the US, China and the rest of Asia.
The Panasonic Eluga will be both water and dustproof, will be a miserly 7.8mm thin and will have a 4.3-inch qHD screen. It will also run Android, and while the version is not clear, we're keeping our fingers crossed for Ice Cream Sandwich.

MWC 2012 sees new smartphone directions from HTC, Sony and LG

It's on again. MWC, the year's biggest mobile expo, is underway in Barcelona, and every mobile vendor worth its salt (well, except one of course) is spruiking its agenda for 2012.

Mobile World Congress 2012 has kicked off in Barcelona, Spain, with smartphone and tablet vendors jostling for media attention as they unveil their new mobile ranges and directions for the year. Larger handsets seem to be in favour, and we're also starting to see smartphones go quad-core thanks to the inclusion of processors like Nvidia's Tegra 3 CPU.

HTC, seen as having lost ground in the past year to Android rivals, most notably Samsung, is seeking to wipe the slate clean with its streamlined new HTC One series, comprising models running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and a revised HTC Sense UI.

The flagship models are the new One X and One XL (above), both 4.7-inch form factors with 1,280 x 720 displays, 8MP cameras and 1080p video recording, but the former is quad-core 1.5GHz (though 3G) while the latter is dual-core 1.5GHz (but 4G). Rounding out the One range are the One S (4.3-inch, 1.5GHz dual-core CPU) and the One V (3.7-inch, 1GHz CPU).
Meanwhile LG, who is reportedly in high-level talks with Google with regards to acquiring Android's flagship Nexus branding for an upcoming device, showed off its new Optimus Vu (above), a gigantic 5-inch hybrid smartphone/tablet device targeting multimedia fans, distinctively framed with a 4:3 aspect ratio. LG is also prepping a quad-core Ice Cream Sandwich release with the Optimus 4X HD, which sports a 1.5GHz Tegra 3 processor, 8MP camera and sizeable 2,080mAh battery

MWC 2012: Sony Xperia NXT Series Compared

Finally the Sony Xperia NXT Trio has been revealed at MWC 2012 with Xperia P and Xperia U as its new models. Appearance wise, all 3 look exactly the same and they all carry Sony’s iconic transparent belt at the bottom.

While the newer 2 models run on a lower 1.0GHz dual core processor, the P and U has its own distinctive features. On the Xperia P, it features a single aluminium unibody design and a “WhiteMagic” feature that claims to be the smartest and brightest smart phone display in the market.

Meanwhile the Xperia U looks like a mini smart phone designed for the youthful audience. While it comes with lower hardware specifications, the Xperia U offers more trendy options such as changeable bottom caps and multi-colour LED for the transparent belt.
Full specification comparison of the Xperia S, P & U after the break.

Nokia MWC 2012: 41-megapixels and cheap Windows Phones

If there was a “Phoenix From The Ashes” award at Mobile World Congress it’s hard to argue that Nokia wouldn’t be the most worthy recipient. Twelve months ago the company was apologetically admitting it had no new devices for MWC 2011, and today it revealed a bevy of phones that opened new doors in developing markets, pushed the envelope for Windows Phone pricing, and busted the smartphone camera segment right open. We’ve a whole lot of Nokia coverage, so head on past the cut to get up to speed.

Nokia Lumia 610

Nokia’s entry-level Windows Phone may not have the ClearBlack AMOLED display of the Lumia 800 or the LTE of the Lumia 900, but it does have a bargain price tag. At €189 pre-tax and subsidies, it’s a new low for Microsoft’s platform – in a good way – with the promise of unlocking new markets for the company and the OS as well. Check out all our hands-on information here.

Nokia Lumia 900 DC-HSPA

Although the Lumia 900 is no stranger to us – we played with it in AT&T LTE form back at CES – this new DC-HSPA variant is fresh to MWC 2012 today. Out goes LTE and in comes Dual-Cell HSPA, using carrier aggregation in the downlink with networks that support it, with the promise of up to 42Mbps downloads, in theory at least.

No user will ever actually see that speed, but they will get to use the huge display, 8-megapixel camera with 720p HD video capture, and polycarbonate chassis in black, cyan, magenta and – fresh to MWC today – glossy white. Full hands-on details here.

Samsung Prepares the New Galaxy Ace Plus Smartphone

Samsung Constantly Introducing Newer Models

Samsung is developing another new model that will be released in this year, 2012. As we will see a Galaxy SIII in February 2012, with a new design and new hardware, the company is developing new smartphones as an update of older models to which it adds the word "Plus". The reason is very simple that Samsung want to use the reliability and reach of their older models to the newer ones.

Release Date and Hardware Information of Galaxy Ace Plus

It's been the model Galaxy S, which has an improved SoC at 1.4 GHz and enjoy Gingerbread as Galaxy SII. This time we have showed you a leaked image that seems to be the Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus  which will be officially presented in MWC 2012, although it is possible to drop the impending CES in Las Vegas. Aesthetically it is very similar to the previous model, but with cleaner lines. They may have built a SoC, which may be more powerful than the one used in Galaxy Ace, expanded RAM and perhaps the upgraded camera.
